Thandi joined Argosy in January 2012 as an executive director.<\/p>\n

Thandi is responsible for the corporate governance and company secretarial functions of Argosy. Her role includes project management and support on investment or divestment transactions.<\/p>\n

Thandi qualified as a chartered accountant with Ernst & Young. After leaving the audit profession, she spent several years at HSBC Securities Services in the Isle of Man – managing fund valuations, including complex hedge funds. She is a full member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments and a chartered secretary, qualified through ICSA.<\/p>\n
